1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Flawless Details LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern all transactions and services provided by Flawless Details LLC and ensure clarity between the business and its customers.

2. Services Offered

Flawless Details LLC provides professional mobile car detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and specialized detailing packages. All services are subject to availability, and pricing may vary based on the size, type, and condition of the vehicle.

3. Booking and Deposit

To secure a booking, a deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit guarantees your appointment slot and the allocation of resources needed to complete your service.

Non-refundable Deposit: All deposits made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. By placing a deposit, you confirm your commitment to the scheduled service. Customers may reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, and the deposit may be transferred to the new appointment one time.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Square Afterpay. Prices may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and any additional services requested at the time of service.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules may change. However, to accommodate all customers fairly, we require the following notice for cancellations or rescheduling:

72-Hour Notice: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and additional fees may apply for rescheduling.

6. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

If you are more than 60 minutes late to your appointment without prior communication, Flawless Details LLC reserves the right to reschedule your service, and your deposit may be forfeited. No-shows will also result in the loss of the deposit.

7. Vehicle Condition

The condition of the vehicle before service may affect the final pricing and time required to complete the job. Any additional services needed beyond the original booking will be discussed with the customer before work begins. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or other unexpected conditions may result in additional fees.

8. Liability

Flawless Details LLC takes the utmost care when providing detailing services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, mechanical issues, or previous repairs. Any damage discovered during the detailing process will be brought to the customer’s attention.

9. Personal Items

Customers are encouraged to remove all personal belongings from their vehicle prior to their appointment. Flawless Details LLC is not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle during or after the service.

10. Changes to Terms

Flawless Details LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or at the time of booking.
